Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or high-volume bar.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for bar guests and restaurant servers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, make recommendations, and provide welcoming service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Process guest payments, manage tabs, and handle cash accurately; verify IDs for service.
• Open and close bar procedures; assist with bar opening/closing as needed.
