Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking a dynamic Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes across our studios. You will help students reach personal dance goals through a variety of events, performances, and themed evenings.

We value energetic, customer-focused instructors who love people, stay active, and are willing to attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students. No prior experience required, but passion and commitment to growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willing to commit to the work and be accountable.
• Strong teamwork and unselfish collaboration.
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work with students of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways.
• Attend events on some weekday evenings and some weekends with your students.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a positive, engaging studio experience.
