US Fitness in the United States invites you to lead dynamic, high-energy group fitness classes and partner with our Group Fitness Director to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience, building community, boosting members' confidence, and turning great workouts into unforgettable moments.

In this role you’ll lead safe, fun classes, coach toward goals, greet members, promote programs and events, track attendance in MotionVibe, follow payroll procedures, and keep studios spotless.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification current.
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members before class and build relationships.
• Promote programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance in MotionVibe and follow payroll procedures.
• Keep studios clean and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current with certifications and attend trainings.
• Support the schedule and help cover as needed.
• Be flexible for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
