Responsibilities

• Develop and teach animal science courses within the Agricultural Production Systems major.
• Coordinate educational experiences for graduates pursuing livestock ventures or rural entrepreneurship.
• Develop and coach a student team and be willing to travel with students.
• Assist with academic advising, recruiting, internships, and committee work with a student-focused approach.
• Promote student engagement in animal science courses using college farm and facilities.
• Develop and teach interactive distance education courses as needed.
• Participate in recruiting, publicity, and facility tours as requested.
