Boys & Girls Club Of Utah County is seeking high-energy Specialty Teachers to lead afterschool programs for teens ages 12-15. You will design engaging hands-on activities across STEAM, sports, arts, or other subjects to spark curiosity.

You will mentor and motivate youth, manage the room with energy and empathy, and help students think critically while building a supportive, inclusive environment. A playful, fast-paced setting welcomes creativity.

Qualifications

• Must love working with teens and be able to keep up with high energy.
• Ability to lead hands-on activities in STEAM, sports, arts, or other subjects.
• Strong mentoring and empathetic communication.
• Reliable, consistent presence for youth and families.

Responsabilités

• Lead Hands-On Learning: Facilitate activities in STEAM, sports, arts, or any subject that engages students.
• Mentor & Motivate: Act as a positive role model and create a safe, inclusive space for growth.
• Own the Room: Manage group dynamics with energy and patience across ages 12–15.
• Spark Curiosity: Turn lessons into adventures that encourage critical thinking.
