Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience preferably with related software applications.
• Must be able to plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities
• Basic computer literacy and skills.
• Must possess an active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized activity care and services for residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to foster unit-level success.
• Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities.
• Support aging, rehabilitation, and recovery goals in a compassionate manner.
