Qualifications

• Ability to build positive relationships with students and create an engaging learning environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned with district curriculum and state standards.
• Teach and reinforce skills in literature, informational texts, writing, grammar, vocabulary, research, speaking, and listening.
• Create an inclusive, structured classroom environment supporting academic and social-emotional growth.
• Differentiate instruction and provide interventions based on student needs.
• Assess student learning using formative and summative assessments and use data to guide instruction.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate student records and communications.
