Responsibilities

• Deliver standards-based instruction and create a positive classroom climate.
• Differentiate instruction based on student needs and learning styles.
• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned to district guidelines and curricula.
• Collaborate with ESL, SpEd, TAG, and RTI teams to support at-risk or special needs students.
• Maintain accurate records of grades and progress and communicate with families.
