Create purposeful lesson plans and maximize time on task with effective teaching strategies.
Present subject matter with real-world examples to maximize learning opportunities.
Maintain accurate student records and monitor progress regularly.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and use diagnostic assessments.
Coordinate class activities and field trips as required and prepare students for state assessments.
