• Develops lesson plans and provides individualized and small group instruction.
• Translates lesson plans into developmentally appropriate activities.
• Communicates with parents regularly through newsletters, notes, calls, conferences.
• Maintains standards of student behavior to support effective learning.
• Evaluates student progress and maintains records.
• Identifies student needs and develops individual education plans.
