• Assesses student abilities related to goals and outcomes.
• Plans instructional strategies and materials suitable for learners.
• Manages student behavior to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Cooperates with planning and evaluation of the school program.
• Requests assistance of resource personnel as needed.
• Participates in the professional development program.
• Coordinates instructional activities with staff to maximize learning.
• Follows ethics of the profession.
• Supports parent/teacher partnerships.
• Enforces school policies and regulations.
• Supervises pupil activities and ensures safety.
• Demonstrates prompt written communications.
• Adheres to disciplinary procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
