Qualifications

• Valid MN teaching license in (K-6 or 1-6) Elementary Education or B-grade 3 Early Childhood Education.
• Must demonstrate continued professional development through coursework and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of core curriculum, teaching methods and best practices.
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse student needs and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in the core curriculum areas with appropriate resources and technologies.
• Follow the district/school goals and prescribed course of study.
• Assess student performance and maintain required records and reports.
• Maintain contact with parents and involve them in student development.
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce district rules.
• Ensure health and hygienic conditions in the classroom.
