Overview

Dynamic 365 Solution Sales Specialist role at ITC Worldwide. ITC Technologies is accelerating growth in commercial cloud sales. The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist discovers, owns, and closes opportunities utilizing advanced solution-selling skills to drive digital transformation business outcomes for customers in the enterprise segment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue Dynamics 365 opportunities in the enterprise customer segment and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Translate business needs into solution requirements and deliver credible, business-focused messaging to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on sales playbooks and maintain an effective pipeline.
  • Travel to meet with clients as required.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience; experience selling Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, or related ISV solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
  • Carries credibility with both technical and business audiences; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details; strong presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients.
  • Experience building sales playbooks and pipelines.
Compensation

Base salary (draw) with commission: 1-3% on lifetime support; plus bonuses on managed services; plus potential additional cash bonuses. Total compensation shown: $150,000 USD.
