Job summary

American & Efird LLC (A&E) in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a Textile Manufacturing Dye Lab Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will dye thread, weigh materials, and calculate color formulas to ensure accurate color submission while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time onsite role with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus a $0.25 shift differential. You will train on the 1st shift, adhere to safety and quality standards, and have opportunities for production

Qualifications

• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work hands-on in a production setting
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Produce thread for color submission by dyeing, weighing and calculating color formulas
• Work safely in a fast-paced, team-structured environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Meet or exceed quality standards
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout shift
