Cummins Inc. in Seymour, IN is seeking an assembler for on-site manufacturing operations. You will operate manual and automated equipment to assemble components, follow standardized processes, and contribute to safety, quality and delivery goals.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus up to six months of relevant experience. Evening shifts with overtime may be available, and training is provided to support ongoing improvement.
Assembles variety of components in order to create an end product.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Must pass all related testing.
Minimal relevant experience required. Six months work experience preferred.
Must be able to work at heights.
Must be able to pass physical for breathable air equipment.
Must be willing to work evening shift with overtime.
The criteria for open positions will be based on geographic area seniority. Where more than one employee has the same geographical area seniority date, seniority will be determined by alphabetical rank of their last name, at the time of hiring.

Successful applicants will move on the 3rd Monday after selections are posted.
Probationary employees are not eligible to bid on this posting.
