Shelter House is seeking a Prevention Case Manager to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and trafficking who are at risk of homelessness. You will assess needs, connect clients to services, and advocate to ensure comprehensive support for housing stability and safety.

Salary: $52,000 - $56,000

The Prevention Case Manager supports survivors in the community experiencing domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and/or human trafficking who are at imminent risk of homelessness. This position is responsible for providing time‑limited direct services to clients by assessing client needs, connecting clients to appropriate services, and advocating to ensure the provision of comprehensive services which support survivors in increasing safety and achieving housing stability. The Prevention Case Manager utilizes their knowledge of community resources to provide families with connection to legal services, case coordination, and other supportive services in the community as needed. Case management services are provided in a client‑centered manner driven by the victim's needs and goals and respecting client self‑determination.
