Jonesboro Family Pet Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas seeks a compassionate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our AAHA-accredited small animal hospital, with a strong mentorship path and supportive, collaborative team.

We offer a competitive package with a base salary of 110,000–130,000 plus a potential 75,000 bonus, housing stipend for the first year, flexible scheduling, PTO, parental leave, and comprehensive benefits under Western Veterinary Partners.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited college (or equivalent for international grads).
• Active Arkansas license or eligibility before start date.
• Successful NAVLE completion.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive small animal veterinary care including wellness, preventive care, surgery, urgent care and diagnostics.
• Prioritize client communication and education on treatment plans and preventive strategies.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with experienced veterinary support team.
• Pursue professional interests in specialized or focused areas.
