PetVet Care Centers offers the RISE Mentorship Program, a year-long immersive experience pairing new veterinary graduates with experienced mentors to provide hands-on learning, real-time case management, and professional development. The program starts with full-time employment in a RISE Center, supported by dual mentorship from a home hospital mentor

Qualifications

• New veterinary graduates who are eager to practice high-quality medicine and grow their clinical skills in a supportive, real-world setting.
• Candidates interested in General Practice (GP), Emergency (ER), or Mixed Animal Practices, depending on location availability.

Responsibilities

• Pair new graduate veterinarians with experienced mentors to provide hands-on learning and real-time case management.
• Support professional development through ongoing mentorship and access to a nationwide peers network.
• Assist in transitioning to independently managing a caseload over time within participating hospitals.
