PAWSitive Veterinary of New York invites 1st–4th year veterinary students to join our externship program. The paid externship provides 1:1 mentorship, flexible scheduling, and future opportunities through our Partner Track.

We welcome students from AVMA-accredited institutions who are passionate about compassionate care and strong teamwork. Join a collaborative team in New York to gain real-world experience, guided by practicing veterinarians, with a structured mentorship network and potential

Qualifications

• Active veterinary student enrolled in an AVMA-accredited program.
• Demonstrated compassion, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
• Externship is paid hourly at the stated rate.

Responsibilities

• Engage in real-world veterinary learning experiences as part of externship.
• Collaborate with mentors and veterinary team to support cases and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
