Job summary

Cumberland Animal Clinic in Florida is seeking 1st–4th year veterinary students for a hands-on externship. You will gain real-world experience under DVM mentorship and actively participate in clinical activities to deepen medical knowledge.

We provide flexible scheduling, paid extern hours, and opportunities for future employment while supporting your growth with a dedicated mentorship network and one-on-one guidance from experienced veterinarians.

Qualifications

• Eligible veterinary students in 1st through 4th year seeking real-world externship experience.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with mentors and peers.
• Demonstrates compassion and professionalism in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on externship activities under DVM mentorship.
• Observe and assist clinical rounds and client communication.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship and career guidance.
