At Homestead Veterinary Hospital, caring for animals is not just a profession; it is a shared commitment among our team. Homestead is internationally recognized for its work in equine medicine and laminitis research. Our founder is well‑known for their contributions to laminitis research, and our hospital has been a selected site for the International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathology (ISELP) Conference for over 10 years.

While our practice mainly provides ambulatory services, we also have a state‑of‑the‑art 10,000 sq. ft. hospital that features four stalls, including two for mare/foal care and an isolation stall, as well as indoor stocks. Our facility allows us to care for both large and small animals, enabling our team to practice a wide range of medical services and build meaningful relationships with our clients.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
