Job summary

Maumelle Animal Clinic in Maumelle, Arkansas, a two-doctor general and emergency small animal practice, offers veterinary student externships focused on real-world patient care. Externs will observe and participate in Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, dentistry, in-house diagnostics, and more while under supervision.

We provide flexible scheduling, paid externship hours, 1:1 mentorship and guidance, and potential future employment opportunities for graduates of AVMA‑accredited programs.

Qualifications

• Active veterinary student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
• Seeking real-world experiences through externship training.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical teams during externship and observe procedures.
• Participate in rounds, case discussions, and client communication under supervision.

Maumelle Animal Clinic is a well-established, progressive, fast paced 2 doctor, general and emergency small animal practice located in Maumelle, Arkansas.
