Central Hospital for Animals in Southern Illinois is seeking veterinary student externs for our Marion and Herrin locations. The program offers flexible scheduling, paid extern hours, and 1:1 mentorship with a supportive team of veterinarians and staff.

Job description

We are a well established, small animal hospital + exotics with 4 busy locations across Southern Illinois. We're looking for another Full Time DVM for our Marion and Herrinlocations. We have over 250 combined years of experience and a highly motivated, experienced staff for support. Open Monday through Saturday, we offer flexible scheduling, pro-sal compensation model and full benefits.

Central Hospital for Animals' goal for the past 45 years has been and continues to be to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for each patient we see. Our main hospital is located in Herrin, IL with satellite locations in Carbondale, Marion & Harrisburg. All locations are equipped with a full pharmacy, laboratory and surgical suites. We have a team of 6veterinarians and 35 highly qualified support staff to support a seasoned or new graduate DVM.
