Smyths Toys is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager, manage the sales floor, oversee deliveries, and ensure compliance with company guidelines to maximise performance.

  • Be a Key Leader in Your Store: deliver and exceed sales targets through planning and presentation.
  • Support KPI management: assist Store Manager with Sales and stock KPIs.
  • Build a High-Performing Team: recruit, train, roster, and mentor staff.
  • Create Store Theatre: maintain a high-energy customer experience and standards.
  • Master the Logistics: oversee cash handling, tills, stock control, and compliance.
