Prezzo in the UK is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge front-of-house and leadership. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You'll master cashing up, compliance, and front-of-house operations while staying front-and-centre as a role model. Ready to learn the business, grow with us, and level up toward Assistant Manager and beyond?

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor.
