Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Mercedes customers remotely via phone, email and chat. This full-time role (40 hours per week) includes a relocation opportunity.

You must have Dutch at C1/C2 and strong English; you must hold a valid EU passport and be willing to relocate to Greece. Full training is provided, and a relocation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of Dutch, written and spoken, and a high level of English.

• Must have a valid EU passport.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries remotely via phone, email, and online chats.
• Support Mercedes customers on behalf of the client.
