Job summary

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Miele. Based in Greece, you’ll answer inquiries remotely via phone, email and online chats. Full training is provided and relocation assistance is available for candidates living abroad.

You must have a C1/C2 level of Dutch, both written and verbal, plus a high level of English. An EU passport and relocation to Greece are required or offered, with a competitive monthly salary and
