Job summary

PeopleCare Health Services is seeking a part-time caregiver in Durango, CO to provide non-medical home care under client care plans. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity and independence, and maintain a safe, clean home environment.

You will document care provided and communicate effectively with clients and office staff to coordinate services. Experience in home care is preferred; training is offered.

• Communicate with office personnel on client needs and assist in coordinating care with family members.
