Dunkin’ is seeking positive, reliable Crew Members to join our Massachusetts locations. You will perform daily restaurant operations in line with brand standards, delivering friendly service and efficient food preparation.

Role requires punctuality, teamwork, and strong guest focus. This position offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth within the Dunkin’ network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Open at 4:30am (or earlier in some locations).

• Prepare, bake, and set up for next day operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and guest service areas.
• Sign in/out for shifts and arrange coverage for missed shifts.
• Focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure food production, safety, and service standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking positive, reliable individuals to join our team! Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Opening start time at 4:30am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)
• Closing 7pm (or later in some restaurant locations)
• Extremely dependable, punctual
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Strong decision-making skills
• Prepare, bake, and set up for next day’s daily restaurant operations
• Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas
• Responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Responsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organization
• Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines
