Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchise location operated by GPM Investments, LLC in Piney Flats, TN is hiring a Shift Leader. You will guide crew members, ensure excellent guest service, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching staff, managing operations, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Previous supervisory experience in retail or restaurant is preferred; English fluency and 18+ years of age are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English.

• Assist in training crew members as directed by Restaurant/Assistant Manager.
• Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during shifts.
• Uphold guest service commitment and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Oversee restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to control labor and food costs.
• Ensure adherence to policies on cleanliness, food safety, and security.
