Required Competencies

• At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry
• Preferably 1 year experience in a management position at a quick service restaurant (QSR)
• 1 year experience in interviewing and hiring decisions
• 1 year scheduling experience
• 2 years inventory and truck ordering experience
• 5 years cash handling experience
• 5 years customer service experience
• 1 year managing food and labor costs/metrics
• Availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred
• At least 18 years old
• High school Diploma or Equivalency
• Valid Driver’s License

General Managers develop a dedicated team delivering excellent guest experiences and profitable sales. They oversee the restaurant operations according to Dunkin’ standards.
