Job summary

LV Petroleum in Henderson, NV is hiring a Dunkin Baker to join our fast-paced travel center kitchen. You will prepare, bake, and finish donuts, muffins, bagels, and other items to Dunkin’s quality standards.

We seek candidates with food service or bakery experience; ability to follow recipes and schedules; willingness to work early morning or overnight shifts; and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. Weekly pay and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Summary

As a Dunkin Baker, you will play a key role in delivering freshly baked products that meet Dunkin’s quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin’ products, including donuts, muffins, bagels, and other baked goods, following established recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure all products meet Dunkin’ quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking and prep area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Operate baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely production and availability of products for customers.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
