The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, at our Holstein travel center location in IA.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and payments.
• Dependable, responsible, and flexible with work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but can be taught during training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and deliver beverages and food items per Dunkin standards.
• Process transactions at the point of sale including change and receipts.
• Maintain clean and organized work and dining areas per safety rules.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team to promote a positive work environment.
• Follow company policies to ensure a safe guest experience.
