GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Overnight Baker/Finisher for the Dunkin' Donuts at 4222 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport, TN. You will bake donuts, bagels, and other treats and then glaze, fill, and decorate products to be a morning highlight for customers.

The role is part-time with a 3rd shift window (roughly 9pm to 7am). Emphasis on quality, safety, and efficient operation during the overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking English.
• Basic math skills for recipe management and inventory tracking.
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Midnight Baker: bake donuts, bagels, and other items to be ready for morning rush.
• Master of Finishing: glaze, fill, and decorate products for morning appeal.
• Guardian of Quality: uphold Dunkin' Donuts standards for every batch.
• Inventory Night Watch: manage baking supplies and ingredients for the night shift.
• Custodian of Cleanliness: keep baking area clean and comply with health protocols.
