Position Summary

Cleveland Carter Enterprises, Inc. (CCE) — a leading underground utilities construction company specializing in 24/7 emergency sewer and water repair — is seeking an experienced and safety‑conscious Dump Truck Driver (Class A CDL) to join our team in Forest Park, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating manual transmission dump trucks, hauling construction materials and heavy equipment, and ensuring all loads are transported safely and efficiently. A willingness to assist on job sites when needed is a strong plus.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Safely transport crushed rock, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from designated project sites.
  • Haul heavy equipment as directed, ensuring secure and compliant transport.
  • Verify materials being hauled comply with weight and load restrictions.
  • Inspect and maintain dump truck before and after trips, including checking oil, gas, water, lights, and tires.
  • Perform regular maintenance such as greasing every 5,000 miles and promptly report mechanical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant driver logs, weigh bills, load tickets, and other required documentation.
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
  • Assist with site duties, such as sweeping debris, handling tarps, tailgate chains, and securing binders.
  • Support field crews with labor or logistics tasks when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.
