Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Due Diligence Attorney to handle sophisticated transactions involving closely held interests, real estate and other assets, while supporting a mission-driven organization.

You will analyze risks, structure and negotiate transactions, review and draft agreements, and collaborate with stakeholders on complex gift and asset matters. Remote or hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling business transactions including formations, governance matters, acquisitions and sales of businesses.
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
• Analyze legal risks, structure and negotiate transactions, review and draft agreements, and partner with internal stakeholders on gift/asset matters.
