Healthy Home Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a Duct Cleaning Tech in De Pere, WI. This full-time HVAC role offers $15–$20 per hour, with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

You will inspect, clean, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, often in attics or tight spaces, while collaborating with a seasoned team. You will join a mission-driven company that supports community safety and home comfort since 2005.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and access attics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and motivated.
• Able to work rotating nights and weekends.
• Field experience in duct cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain HVAC systems on a daily basis.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This HVAC job is full-time. You will work some nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

YOUR DAY

Every day, you will inspect, clean, and take care of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You might work in warm places, climb ladders, or go into attics. You will solve problems and work with your team to make sure homes are clean and safe. You will get training to help you do your best at Healthy Home Heating & Cooling LLC.

DUCT CLEANING TECH REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders, and/or go into attics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and motivated
• Availability to work rotating nights/weekends
• Field experience in duct cleaning (preferred)

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
