Qualifications

• Experience in duct cleaning or HVAC preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC and IAQ principles.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and access attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Familiar with using handheld tools, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning using company-provided equipment.
• Clean HVAC components including registers, grilles, coils, blowers, and filters.
• Inspect ductwork for leaks, blockages, debris, or mold concerns.
• Communicate findings and recommended services to homeowners professionally.
• Maintain accurate service documentation with before/after photos.
• Follow safety protocols related to ladders, confined spaces, and equipment operation.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and cleaning supplies.
• Protect customer property with drop cloths and shoe covers.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑focused, and customer service driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning using company‑provided equipment
• Clean HVAC components including registers, grilles, coils, blowers, and filters
• Inspect residential ductwork for leaks, blockages, excessive debris, or mold concerns
• Communicate findings and recommended services to homeowners in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including before/after photos
• Follow all safety protocols related to ladders, confined spaces, and equipment operation
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and cleaning supplies
• Protect customer property with drop cloths, shoe covers, and proper cleanup
• Assist with basic HVAC maintenance tasks when needed
• Take pride in cleanliness and delivering high‑quality results
