Duchess is seeking a friendly and motivated Team Member (Cashier) in Dublin, Ohio to provide excellent customer service and assist in daily store operations.

This role includes greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store organization. The ideal candidate should have basic math skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role in Creating a Great Customer Experience

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards, our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency

Other Qualifications

• Walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
