Job summary

K&D Factory Service in Pennsylvania is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technician (Dual Tech) to service customers from multiple branches across the state. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC/R systems, dispatch service calls, and ensure accurate reporting.

Candidates must have 2+ years of industry or related experience, knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical or mechanical systems.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair issues on commercial equipment.
• Record all service activities accurately on tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and coordinate with internal teams.
• On-call schedule with overtime/pay.
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
