Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Charlotte, NC seeks a Dual Shop Leader to oversee daily operations, mentor a barber/stylist team, and ensure client satisfaction. You will manage schedules, inventory, and financials while collaborating with district leaders to maintain a high-energy, service-focused culture.

You must lead by example during evenings and weekends, and coordinate between Ballantyne and Steele Creek shops to keep performance strong and consistent.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or barber license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices.
• Passion for promoting an uplifting, service-oriented culture and building a strong team.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends and evenings/nights.

Dual Shop Leader Charlotte, NC

YOUR DAY

As our Barbershop Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the shop-managing daily operations, mentoring your team, and ensuring every client leaves feeling their best. You'll oversee schedules, inventory, and financials, lead team meetings, and collaborate with district leaders to keep things running smoothly. From coaching your barbers and stylists to solving challenges on the fly, your leadership will shape the shop's success and culture every single day.

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time position, and our shops are busiest during evenings and weekends. You'll need a flexible schedule that allows you to support your barbers and stylists during these critical peak hours. This is a Dual Shop Leader position splitting time between Ballantyne Shop and Steele Creek Shop as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active cosmetology or barber license in North Carolina
• 2+ years of experience as a barber or stylist in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, hiring, and profit and loss practices
