Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a professional table games dealer to provide accurate and entertaining dealing across Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat.

You will follow established procedures while ensuring quick, courteous service and strict adherence to all policies and state regulations. The role requires 21+ with excellent math for payoffs and strong English communication, daily interaction with customers, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Fluent and literate in English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.
• Follows game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and variations.
• Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).
• Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations.
• Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.
• Receives wagers and pays the appropriate game outcomes.
• Maintains game security and protects company assets.
• Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to policies and programs.

Requirements
