Mercy Health is seeking a multi-modality radiologic technologist to perform two imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality imaging. The role requires ARRT/RDMS/CNMT certification and competence in two imaging modalities within 12 months.

You will operate XR/CT/MRI equipment, document histories, manage IV access and contrast as prescribed, and participate in on-call rotations to support the Radiology - Diagnostic team at the Rappahannock location.

Qualificações

• ARRT or RDMS or CNMT certification/registration required
• Competence in two imaging modalities within 12 months of hire

Responsabilidades

• Performs duties for any two imaging modalities (e.g., XR, CT, MRI)
• Operates imaging equipment and follows approved protocols
• Ensures patient safety and radiation protection in all procedures
• Verifies patient identity and requested procedures with two identifiers
• Assists with IV access and contrast administration as prescribed by a licensed practitioner
• Maintains documentation and uses POC device for lab work when needed
• On-call as required by department
