Equinox seeks Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists in Massage Therapy and Esthetics in Connecticut. The role covers massage and facial/body treatments, client program planning, and maintaining a clean, compliant spa environment.

Candidates should hold CT Massage Therapy and Esthetician licenses, with 1–2 years of experience and willingness to train across multiple spa services. Evening and weekend availability is required; full-time commitment preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CT Massage Therapy license or certification.
• Must possess a valid Esthetician license.
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
• Must have specific training in facial and body waxing.
• Must be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledge.
• Must be available on a full-time basis (part-time opportunities may also be available).
• Evening and weekend availability a must.
• Cross-trained in multiple services including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform massages including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish as part of a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create a treatment plan.
• Ensure room cleanliness after each treatment and at end of shift.
• Comply with state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
• Analyze, consult, and perform facials and body treatments at a professional standard.
• Direct efforts toward member satisfaction.

Massage Therapist Responsibilities

• Performing 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting
• Analyzing client current needs and creating a programmatic treatment plan
