The position reports to the Principal/Head of School and requires a Massachusetts Teaching License in Elementary 1-6 with a Bilingual Education Endorsement. A strong commitment to culturally proficient teaching is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Massachusetts Elementary 1-6 license required.
• Bilingual Education Endorsement required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary in a Dual Language setting.
• Provide interdisciplinary instruction linking reading, writing, and core subjects.
• Implement district curriculum goals and district-supported materials.
• Create a developmentally appropriate, student-centered classroom with positive behavior expectations.
• Establish classroom structure that fosters positive relationships and routines.
• Administer district mid-year and end-of-year assessments as per guidelines.
