Qualifications

• Education requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 48 college credits or an Associate's degree or passing ParaPro/WorkKeys.
• Minimum two years of experience working with young children.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States by start date.
• Candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree are preferred.
• BPS values linguistic diversity and language skills in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Supports direct instruction to children individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings.
• Provides assistance with classroom activities and prepares instructional materials.
• Assists in classroom setup and cleanup and manages behavior.
• Supervises students on field trips and supports overall classroom operations.
• Performs other related duties as requested by Head of School/Principal.
