• Ability to work with APPs and manage trauma triage in a high-volume setting.

• Perform and oversee facial trauma, reconstruction, and maxillofacial oncology procedures.
• Collaborate with APPs for trauma triage and postoperative care; participate in research activities.

This is a rare opportunity for a dual-degree OMS surgeon with a focus on facial trauma, reconstruction, head & neck/maxillofacial oncology, and microvascular surgery. The practice offers immediate surgical volume, strong APP support, significant autonomy, and opportunities for research.

Opportunity Highlights

• Up to $580,000 Base salary + 50K Sign on Bonus + 10K relocation
• 2-year salary guarantee, followed by an RVU-based compensation model
• Realistic earning potential of $750,000–$850,000 once fully productive
• Approximately 95% OR-based
• Hospital moving from Level 2 to Level 1 Trauma designation
• Established referral base and broad reconstructive/oncologic case mix

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:

• Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction
• Microvascular reconstruction
• Head & neck/maxillofacial oncology
• Benign maxillofacial pathology
• Ablative surgery

Schedule & Call

• Initial call expectation of 7–10 days/month, with a long-term goal of approximately 1 week/month (1:4)
• APPs manage first call and trauma triage
• Trauma service is primarily consultative
