Job summary

Ring Inc. is seeking a conductor to perform essential locomotive and switching duties. The role includes reviewing orders, safely coupling/uncoupling cars, and maintaining communications while operating trains in a customer-focused environment.

Candidates must meet FRA testing requirements, maintain a clean driving record, and be prepared for shifts up to 12 hours with regular on-site duties. Per diems and travel are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass FRA mandated testing including substance abuse, vision and physicals.
• Acceptable driving record with company insurance clearance.
• Willingness to work up to 12 hour shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Making up trains/switching cars.
• Reviews customer requirements and job orders.
• Operates Locomotive (depends on training and level achieved).
• Operates Locomotive in safe and efficient manner.
• Follows all safe practices in train operations.
