Responsibilities

• Maintain access control and greet residents and guests.
• Monitor CCTV, entrances, elevators, and common areas.
• Conduct regular foot patrols.
• Assist with resident concerns and property activity.
• Watch for unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Complete clear daily and incident reports.
• Communicate important information to management and the security team.
• Follow site procedures and management direction.
