Job summary

Customnia | Custom T-shirts in New York is seeking a hands-on production team member with experience in DTG, DTF printing and embroidery. You will operate DTG printers and embroidery machines, manage setup, and ensure high-quality finishes across all methods.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask under deadlines, and comfort with manual labor. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and immediate start possibility.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with DTG, DTF and embroidery.
• Strong attention to detail and print quality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under deadlines.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable with manual labor (lifting boxes, standing for long periods).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DTG printers.
• Operate embroidery machines and manage thread/color setup.
• Preat garments, press, and finish as needed.
